Terms of Service

Last updated October 6, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Ridasoft Solutions Inc. about using Storesite. Please read them before you create an account.

1. Who we are

Storesite is a service for building a website with online booking and a chat assistant for a local business. It is designed, built and operated by Ridasoft Solutions Inc. ("Ridasoft", "we", "us"). You can reach us through www.ridasoftsolutions.com.

2. Using Storesite

3. Your content and your customers

4. Not allowed

You may not use Storesite to:

We may remove content or suspend a site or account that breaks these rules or puts the service or other people at risk.

5. Copyright complaints

We respect other people's rights, and we follow both the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and Canada's Copyright Act. If you believe something on a Storesite-hosted site infringes your copyright, send our designated agent (below) a notice that includes: your name and contact details; a description of the work and where it appears; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your signature. We may remove the material and tell the site owner, who may send a counter-notice. When we receive a notice that meets the requirements of Canada's Copyright Act, we forward it to the owner of the site and let you know we have, and we keep a record of it for the period the law requires. We end the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe.

6. The assistant

Each site can have an AI chat assistant that answers questions from the information the owner entered and can help a visitor book. It is an AI, not a person, and it can make mistakes. It does not give medical, legal, financial or other professional advice and is not for emergencies. Owners should check that what it says matches their business, and visitors should confirm anything important with the business.

7. Demo sites

The demo sites on storesite.ca show what the service can do. The businesses in them are fictional, the pictures are illustrations or AI-generated images, and nobody will answer the phone. Bookings made on a demo are not real appointments.

8. Plans and fees

Storesite does not currently charge for the features described here. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price, what renews and how to cancel before you pay, and you will have to agree to it first.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Storesite running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features, and we will try to give notice when a change affects you in a significant way.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using Storesite at any time and delete your sites from the dashboard. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Deleting a site removes its bookings, photos and queued emails.

11. Disclaimers and limits

Storesite is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Ridasoft is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost bookings, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Storesite in the 12 months before the claim (which is nothing if you have not paid). Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

12. Your responsibility

You agree to cover the costs of any claim made against us because of content you published or how you used Storesite in breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about them or about Storesite goes to the courts of Ontario, except where the law of the place you live gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version, and if a change is significant we will tell account holders. Using Storesite after a change means you accept it.
